About

Next Level Supports was born after over 15 years of enjoying an incredible son with a rare chromosome abnormality and supporting many amazing families that just didn’t have any fight left due to the nature of our worlds.

Two years ago, a dear friend experienced a life changing, challenging accident that left her predominantly excluded from her previous life and left with limited resources considerably under where they should have been.

After 25 years working in management for global corporate giants, managing sales teams where it was my passion to nurture, develop and grow my teams capabilities I asked myself, “Why can’t I do this for my son, my friend, their friends and anyone else needing mentoring and development? If I could do a development plan for a ‘neuro-typical’ individual why can’t I do the same for everyone? Why should my son with a disability have a ‘support worker’ yet his twin have a ‘mentor’?”

This was not okay with me.

My son was a twin so I could see the life his twin was living: full of sleep-overs, days out and the ability at 15 to get on public transport and spend the day with friends, while his brother was left at home with mum and dad. Thankfully, post-NDIS, his support workers were able to assist and now we are passionate about all individuals and families receiving the same respect and resources.

We also partner with amazing teams from Evans Head to the Sunshine Coast, with family members and relatives who are as passionate as we are in ensuring everyone, regardless of age, ability or race, experience the same enjoyable events, travel and fun as we do. Our team members are all qualified with First Aid, CPR, Blue Cards and Police Checks. They undergo rigorous personality checks to ensure your family member is with someone who cares. Trust me, we get it.

We treat every participant like family.

If you need help navigating the NDIS, therapy services, Short Term Accommodation (STAs) or anything a little ‘outside the square’, Next Level Supports are here to help.
